These terms cover use of GadgetLab AI Video Factory (the "Service"), a private tool operated by GadgetLab.
The Service is for GadgetLab's internal use only. Only accounts that GadgetLab authorises may connect to it.
The Service generates images and short videos from text prompts using third-party AI providers. When the account owner asks, it publishes those videos to the TikTok account they connected. Every published video is labelled as AI-generated.
You must have the right to publish to the connected account, and you must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and for any content you choose to publish.
Connecting TikTok lets the Service post videos to your account with the permissions you approve. You can disconnect at any time in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. GadgetLab is not liable for any loss resulting from use of the Service, to the extent the law allows.
